Quantum Blackjack is
a lot like the Blackjack games that you know and love,
but there are a few key differences, including the
multipliers and push features. These are fairly easy to
learn, though, so check out the following betting
options for more information.
Double
A double bet doubles your wager and gives you another
card. If you double a hand that contains a multiplier,
the win will be multiplied accordingly. If not, the
standard payout rules apply.
Split
If your first two cards form a pair, you can split them
into two different hands and play both of them
individually. If each of these cards has a multiplier,
that multiplier will apply to both of the hands,
potentially creating two big payouts. If there are no
multipliers, the standard split rules will apply, as
will the push rule mentioned below.
Insurance
Insurance is offered when the dealer shows an Ace as
their up-card. If taken, it will pay 2:1 if the dealer’s
next card has a value of 10, thus creating a total score
of 21. The insurance option provides some security for
players and helps them to turn what might be a losing
situation into a winning one.
Push
When the dealer busts on three cards, it automatically
becomes a push, at which point the player’s funds are
returned. The exception is if there are multipliers
active in the player’s hand, at which point they will
still pay out.
Multipliers
Before every hand starts, you’ll notice there is a number
assigned to each card. This number is a multiplier and
goes as high as 10x. It’s possible for the multipliers
to stack on top of one another, so if there are three
10x multipliers, it will create a 1,000x payout.
To win the multiplier, you must win the hand, after which
it will apply to your stake.
