GGW Names Six 2026 Patty Becker Pay It Forward Honorees

Global Gaming Women has named six industry leaders as 2026 Patty Becker Pay It Forward Award recipients. The award recognizes mentorship, advocacy, and service across the gaming sector. Its announcement coincides with GGW's 10th anniversary. "GGW received a record number of nominations for this year's Patty Becker Pay It Forward Award, demonstrating the remarkable depth of leadership, service, and commitment among women across the gaming industry," said Siobhan Lane, President and Board Chair of Global Gaming Women. GGW will celebrate the honorees at its annual fundraiser next month at Wynn Las Vegas.

The Patty Becker Pay It Forward Award carries deep meaning within Global Gaming Women. It honors Patricia "Patty" Becker, a pioneering gaming attorney and executive. Becker served as a founding board member of GGW.

She was widely known for championing diversity and mentorship in gaming.

Each year, GGW opens nominations to members who exemplify that same spirit. Candidates must show a documented history of supporting other women in the industry through mentorship, sponsorship, or knowledge-sharing. Nominees also need at least one year of GGW membership. Lane noted that the 10th anniversary makes this year's class especially meaningful. She added GGW looks forward to celebrating the honorees' achievements together.

Meet The 2026 Patty Becker Award Honorees

Six women from different corners of the gaming industry earned this year's recognition. Michelle Baillie serves as General Manager at SkyCity Hamilton. Tracy Bradford is President at Seminole Hard Rock Support Services. Melissa Cox works as Vice President of Marketing and Customer Relations at Gaming Capital Group. Bethan Lloyd is a Partner at law firm Wiggin LLP. Michelle Schenk serves as Director of Global Communications at IGT. Maureen Wasloski serves as Vice President and General Manager of Margaritaville and Boomtown Bossier City in Louisiana.

Together, the honorees represent operators, suppliers, and legal experts. Their combined careers span casino operations, marketing, communications, and gaming law worldwide.

GGW to Celebrate Honorees at Kick Up Your Heels Event

GGW will honor the six winners at its Kick Up Your Heels event. The celebration takes place Sept. 30 at Intrigue at Wynn Las Vegas. Doors open at 5 p.m., and the event runs until 7 p.m.
