MGM Resorts Launches Drink Las Vegas Festival

MGM Resorts International will debut Drink Las Vegas, a four-day culinary and beverage festival, running September 24–27 across its Las Vegas Strip properties. Produced in partnership with experiential event agency a21, the festival will span more than 30 venues across ARIA, Bellagio, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, and Park MGM. The festival brings together world-class chefs, mixologists, and sommeliers, with ticketed experiences available at multiple price points. Tickets and VIP passes are on sale at drinklasvegas.com.

Star-Studded Lineup of Chefs and Beverage Experts

The festival features an extensive roster of acclaimed chefs and beverage professionals. Globally recognized chefs include Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Wolfgang Puck, Michael Mina, Roy Choi, Masaharu Morimoto, Tom Colicchio, and Mary Sue Milliken. Rounding out the lineup are Top Chef alumna and MasterChef judge Tiffany Derry, James Beard Award winners Maneet Chauhan and Karen Akunowicz, and Top Chef finalist Eric Adjepong.

On the cocktail side, notable figures include Meaghan Dorman of Raines Law Room and Dear Irving, Lynnette Marrero, and Christine Kim of Service Bar, a North American 50 Best Bars honoree. Wine programming features Master Sommeliers Michaël Engelmann, Jason Smith, and Jesse Becker, along with Amy Racine of JF Restaurants.

Festival Schedule: Dinners, Parties, and Signature Events

The festival's programming spans a wide range of formats. Signature evening events include an Opening Night Party at ARIA's Yucca Pool, 24K: Caviar & The Classics at The Pinky Ring by Bruno Mars at Bellagio, and A Night of Excellence with the James Beard Foundation. Daytime events include a Contemporary Classics Lunch at Spago at Bellagio and Elements of Agave at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Exclusive dinners include The Zodiac Dinner at Blossom, ARIA, and Time & Terroir at Wistoria at The Cosmopolitan. Industry panels, seminars, and brand activations also round out the schedule.

Drink Las Vegas will benefit Keep Memory Alive, which supports research and care for brain disorders at Cleveland Clinic Nevada.
