Las Vegas will welcome casino history enthusiasts from June 18 to 20 for the 33rd annual World's Largest Casino Chip and Collectibles Show. Organized by the Casino Collectibles Association, the event takes place at South Point Resort Casino, located at 9777 Las Vegas Blvd. South. More than 30 veteran memorabilia dealers will attend. The show is open to the public and features the largest collection of casino memorabilia ever assembled in one location.

Casino Memorabilia on Display, Plus Hours and Pricing

Attendees can browse, buy, sell, or trade a wide range of gaming artifacts. Items on display include vintage casino chips, tokens, dice, slot cards, playing cards, matchbooks, swizzle sticks, ashtrays, menus, dinnerware, postcards, table felt, and signage.

Many pieces represent casino properties that have since been demolished or dramatically transformed.

The show runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on June 18 ($10 admission), 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on June 19 ($5), and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on June 20 (free). First responders, active military, casino employees, and media with a valid ID are admitted free of charge every day.

June 18 Auctions Feature 235 Lots and Free Seminars

On June 18, attendees can preview 235 lots of rare chips and memorabilia ahead of both the silent and live auctions. The silent auction runs on the show floor in Exhibit Hall D. The live auction, also streamed online, begins at 7 p.m. in the adjacent Joshua Room. Lot preview and silent auction bidding require paid admission on Thursday. Four free educational seminars will also run that day in the Joshua Room.

Seminar Speakers Cover Vegas History, Signage, and More

On June 18 at 8 a.m., Neon Museum Executive Director and CEO Aaron Berger will speak about the museum's iconic signage and its role in Las Vegas history. At 3 p.m., Vital Vegas founder Scott Roeben will discuss how the casino experience is evolving and what visitors can expect in the future.

On June 19 at 8 a.m., Casino Collectibles Association Museum of Gaming History Chairman Charles Kaplan will offer insight into documenting casino artifacts, including the ChipGuide, a catalog of more than 324,000 items from 32,000 casinos worldwide. Closing the seminar schedule on June 19 at 3 p.m., author and Las Vegas Guided Tours founder Jami Rodman will present a history-driven session on Block 16, the city's former red-light district.
