Janet Jackson Las Vegas Residency at Resorts World Theater Confirmed

Rock and Roll Hall of Fame-inaugurated Janet Jackson has officially announced her return to Las Vegas for an all-new residency at Resorts World Theatre. The "Janet Jackson: Las Vegas" or "Miss Jackson: Las Vegas" residency will launch New Year's Week and include ten performances at the one-of-a-kind, 5,000-capacity venue.

The residency will kick off right after the close of her successful "Together Again" Tour, which recently completed a 35-city extension since its debut in June 2024. The European and South African leg will be launching in September.

Residency Tickets

Official sales for the Janet Jackson residency will begin on August 28^th at 10.00 am PT—a pre-sale for Miss Jackson's fans already ran on Monday and Tuesday. Additional pre-sales also took place on Tuesday.

Jackson plans on performing ten shows, which will kick off with special end-of-year shows on December 30^th and 31^st. Additional gigs are slated for January 3^rd and 4^th, 2025. The rock and roll star will return the following month for shows on February 5^th, 7^th, 8^th, 12^th, 14^th, and 15^th. The eagerly awaited shows will be presented by AEG Presents.

Bobby Reynolds, Senior Vice President of AEG Presents Las Vegas, also conveyed the company's anticipation to work with Miss Jackson: "Janet Jackson is undoubtedly one of the biggest names in pop music. We could not be more thrilled to close out 2024 with her return to the Las Vegas Strip and her venue debut at our award-winning Resorts World Theatre, and to kick off 2025 with a run of sure-to-be-unforgettable shows. This is a residency fans won't want to miss."

Janet's Previous Residency

This residency will not be the first Vegas rodeo for Janet Jackson. She last set up shop in Sin City in 2019 with the "Metamorphosis" residency at the Park Theater that ran for 18 shows. According to press materials at the time, the residency displayed Jackson's evolution in her personal journey with themes like empowerment, activism, and motherhood. It also doubled as a 30^th anniversary celebration for her massively successful 1989 album, Rhythm Nation 1814.
