Women in Gaming Awards 2026 finalists revealed ahead of Savoy ceremony

Next week, the Women in Gaming Awards will take place in London and the finalists have recently been announced. The event is now in its 16th year. It celebrates individuals, teams and organisations in the gaming sector. Specifically, awards are given to those who have made significant contributions to diversity, inclusion and employee wellbeing.

Industry leaders, advocates and rising talent from across the global gambling industry will come together to celebrate.

Organisers say this year's finalists show there’s a growing focus on workplace culture, equality and employee support programmes throughout the sector.

Major operators dominate shortlist

Several of the industry's largest companies have been nominated in multiple categories. Entain, Bally's, Betsson Group, Flutter Entertainment and LiveScore Group have all received numerous nominations. Suppliers including ARRISE, Pragmatic Solutions, Hub88 and Interblock are also well represented.

One of the most competitive categories is Best Diverse Place to Work. Entain, Betsson Group, ARRISE, GAMOMAT and SPRIBE are all shortlisted.

The Diversity & Inclusion category also attracted a strong field. Nominees include:

• Entain.
• Flutter Entertainment.
• Bally's GLOW Network.
• Buzz Bingo.
• Betsson Group.

The Company of the Year award will see organisations like Flutter Entertainment, Betsson, Relax Gaming and Digitain competing for one of the event's most prestigious honours.

Focus on workplace wellbeing

Employee wellbeing is a central theme of the awards. The Corporate Wellness Award category recognises businesses investing in employee support and wellbeing initiatives. Flutter Entertainment, ARRISE, Pragmatic Solutions and Pronet Gaming are among the finalists.

Other categories celebrate individual achievements. These include:

• Leader of the Year.
• Positive Role Model of the Year.
• Diversity Champion.
• Outstanding Mentor.

The awards were launched in 2010 and have grown into one of the most recognised diversity-focused events in the gambling industry. Organisers say the programme aims to show both individual success stories and wider organisational efforts to create more inclusive workplaces.

There are more than 30 categories covering leadership, innovation, culture and employee development. The awards continue to showcase the industry's efforts to improve representation and workplace experiences for employees across all levels.

The winners will be announced during the ceremony on 12 June.
