LuckyStake Sweepstakes Casino Announces Shutdown

Key Takeaways
- LuckyStake will permanently shut down on Aug. 14, 2026
- Players have until Aug. 20 to submit eligible Sweeps Coin redemption requests
- The operator also announced deadlines for AMOE mail-in entries and account closures
According to an email I received on my personal account, Lucky State, an online sweepstakes casino, is shutting down.
LuckyStake launched in 2025 by ElevateTech Ltd. It provided new players with 7,500 Gold Coins and 2.5 Free Sweeps Coins upon signing up, but now the brand is closing its doors.
"Dear Player,
"We are writing to inform you that the LuckyStake platform will be closing," the email began.
From there, it went into the next steps players should take.
"Until 14 August 2026, you may continue purchasing Gold Coin packages and playing eligible games using your available Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins," it continued.
Thus, LuckyStake will officially be live for only a couple more weeks, and will officially close down on August 14.
"After the deadline, no further purchases or gameplay will be available. Gold Coins have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes," the email also said.
LuckyStake Sets Redemption Deadlines
LuckyStake then moved on to Sweeps Coin redemptions and mentioned the deadline.
"If you have eligible Sweeps Coins and wish to request a redemption, you must submit your request by 20 August 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
"Any redemption request already pending, as well as any eligible redemption request submitted by the deadline, will remain active and will continue to be reviewed after the platform and player accounts close.
"Account closure will not automatically cancel a redemption request submitted on time. If your request is approved, it will continue to be processed after the closure date. If additional identity-verification documents or information are required, our team will contact you.
"All redemption requests remain subject to LuckyStake’s Terms of Service, Sweepstakes Rules, minimum redemption thresholds, identity-verification requirements, and applicable compliance reviews," LuckyStake also said in the email.
AMOE Program Also Coming to an End
There were two additional sections: AMOE and Postal Request Codes and Account Closure.
As for AMOE offers that reward free Sweeps Coins for completing a mail-in process, the deadline for your mail-in is August 14; however, it must arrive at its location by then.
"The LuckyStake AMOE program, including the generation of new Postal Request Codes, will close on 14 August 2026.
"All AMOE mail-in entries must be received at the designated address no later than 14 August 2026. Mailing or postmarking an entry by the deadline is not sufficient—it must be received by the deadline.
"Entries received after 14 August will not be processed or credited. Due to the permanent discontinuation of the service, any previous validity period associated with a Postal Request Code will not extend beyond the AMOE closure date.
"All entries received by the deadline remain subject to the applicable eligibility and validation requirements under the LuckyStake Sweepstakes Rules."
Sweepstakes casinos have faced bans in other states recently, including Maine and Indiana. We'll see if these states closing their virtual doors shutter other platforms.
