As mentioned above, there are many different Roulette variations in our Live Casino, and each one has their own little twist.

This section will be an overall breakdown of the rules, if you want the rules for the specific game, click on the “Hamburger” button on the top left corner of the game. For more information, scroll down to the “Help” section below.

How to Play Live Roulette

Regardless of which Roulette game you choose to play, the basic rules are the same. The first thing to do is place your bet.

There is a countdown timer on the screen, and if you don’t get your wager down before it reaches “0” the game will begin, and all you can do is sit and watch. The length of the timer will vary per game. Most of the games will give you 20 seconds to place the bet, although Speed Roulette has just a 10-second timer.

After the bets are in, the croupier will drop the pill, and you can watch in real time as it bounces around the wheel until finally landing on one of the numbered pockets.

Placing Your Bets

There are three betting tables, each with different betting options. The main betting table is recognizable to even the newest Roulette players. This is where you can place all the standard bets, such as a bet on a particular number, odds/even, red/black, rows, columns, or sections.

On the left side of the screen is the racetrack. This is where you can place some advanced bets, such as Neighbours, Orphelins, Tier, and Voisins. When you place a Neighbours bet, you can set the number of numbers on each side of the number you are betting on from 1-9.

In some games, next to the Racetrack, there is an option for advanced betting options. You can save your four favorite bets for quick access.

While the dealer is live, you will still place bets with virtual chips. Just click on the chip size that you want to bet with and put it on the table. One excellent feature is that as you hover over any bet, it will highlight which numbers will result in a win.

At the end of each round, you can either place a new bet or click on the “Rebet” button to place the same bet again. There is also an option to double your bets by clicking on X2 button.

You can often find the advanced statistics, betting history, and complete payout table by clicking on the icons located on the left-hand side of your screen.

While the dealer and action are happening live in a casino, the actual betting and payouts are still taking place on the computer or mobile device. Once the Roulette ball lands in a numbered pocket, the payment system will instantly calculate whether there is a win or lose, and based on your bet, how much money is added back into your account.

It’s important to understand the odds of each bet, to help you make the smart bets. There are some bets, such as betting on Red or Black, that will pay out 1:1, while other bets, such as betting on an entire row, will pay out at odds of 3:1. If you correctly bet on a single number then you can expect to receive a payout at odds of 36:1.

For more information on how to find the odds and payouts for each game, please refer to the help section below.

If you need more information about a specific game, or have a question about the rules, payouts, and other stats, try one of the three options below:

  • In-Game Menu - Every Live Roulette game usually has an in-game menu. This menu displays information pertaining to the rules, payouts, and other specifics. This menu, most times, can be accessed via the three-horizontal-line icon at the top of the game screen.
  • Customer Support - The casinos have customer support departments waiting to deal with your requests. Staffed with professional, dedicated team members, this support department in most cases can be contacted 24 hours a day via Live Chat, Phone, and Email.
  • Chat - You can use the Chat box in the game’s stream to speak with the dealer or the other players and ask them any question you have. However, they cannot answer questions about your account, and you should not give them any personal or financial details either. You can use this chat feature to discuss bets, side bets, game features, and other information pertaining to the game.

There are often bonuses or promotions that can be redeemed before playing Live Dealer Roulette.

These are a fantastic way to play some rounds with house money, and since Live Dealer games are only available in real money mode, it allows you to try out some games without dipping into your bankroll.

It is always a clever idea to check out the casino bonuses or promotions page to see the latest offers. Make sure to read the Terms and Conditions of the promotion and understand the wagering requirements so that there are no surprises when you are done playing.

The best online casinos usually have a lot more than just Roulette in the Live Dealer Lobby.

You will often find over 50 live casino games in the lobby, including several variations of Live Blackjack, Live Baccarat and Live Casino Hold’em.
