For a new casino, I was very impressed with Casinolo. With some small tweaks, it could soon be a favourite among Irish players.

Overall, I’m a fan of the casino. There were very few issues, and the ones I had with the responsible gambling tools and the customer care are easily solvable. There is a huge game selection with elite providers and great promotions for new and loyal customers. I would recommend Casinolo to Irish players.

VIP Programme

A good VIP programme can really take a casino from good to great. I was impressed during this Casinolo review to see the benefits that its VIP club gives its players. There are 5 levels, with the first two basically being the same. Once you get to level 3, you get a weekly cashback. The percentage of the cashback increases on levels 4 and 5, where players also get personal offers, an account manager, and higher withdrawal limits.

The Casinolo website is unclear about what it takes to progress through the levels. The agent from the casino's live chat, although helpful, could not give me exact figures. The casino will automatically promote you based on your deposits and withdrawals.

I was not the biggest fan of the theme, but that’s just a personal opinion and doesn't affect the overall user experience. The casino does have a decent FAQ section, and you can contact them by email, but as the live chat is the most used method of communication by customers, I was left disappointed.

Casinolo Casino only opened its doors in 2024, so it has not won any awards yet. When it comes to casino awards, it tends to be the established brands at the top of the market that win them. However, this is a very impressive brand, so they could be in line for some awards in the future.
