Kalshi, Catalist Sports Reannounce Live-Streaming Partnership

A few weeks ago, Kalshi and Catalist Sports announced a live-streaming partnership, but within hours, it disappeared, leaving many wondering whether the deal was still on. 

On Tuesday morning, we learned that, yes, the deal is still on, and it's been reannounced.

That said, there are some differences between the first announcement and this new one. With this deal, Kalshi gets access to Catalist's exclusive library of sports live streams globally but is "subject to applicable regulatory requirements.” Catalist also provides streaming to sports betting operators. 

New Kalshi-Catalist Deal Includes Regulatory Language

"Catalist Sports is our first streaming partner, and premium content of this caliber is the foundation of a best-in-class prediction market," said Arjun Sawai, head of markets at Kalshi.

"Pairing exclusive live video with official data from some of the world's top international leagues puts everything traders need in one place - and reinforces our commitment to reliable, regulated markets."  

This new language comes as prediction markets hit the headlines, often over legal battles. For example, Kalshi is banned from offering contracts in states like Connecticut, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New York, Utah, and Washington. 

Kalshi Traders Gain Access to 65,000+ Tennis Matches

As for what the deal entails, it's largely what was previously announced. Kalshi traders will be able to watch more than 65,000 tennis matches per year, including the Davis Cup, Australian Open, and World Tennis Tour. Then, for soccer, it includes Ligue 1 and Serie A. 

In addition to these games, Kalshi will also have official low-latency data to help settle markets.

This deal follows Kalshi's agreement with Genius Sports for official sports data. 

While this deal with Catalist was announced, pulled, and announced again, Kalshi has had other snafus, including dubbing itself the official World Cup prediction market platform, when that was indeed ADI Predictstreet. Also, in May 2025, Kalshi agreed to a deal with xAI, but it was later pulled back.
