Official Announcement Video and X Post

“In a game of milliseconds, where every flick can make history, speed isn’t just an advantage, it’s a weapon. And no one controls it like him,” said the narrator in the announcement video.

“They call him the Yellow Flash. The game slows down for him. The rest are just trying to keep up. The Baby Goat, sure, but don’t let the name fool you. He’s not here to grow. He’s here to dominate.”

The video currently has 2.4 million views. Team Falcons X account has 158.7k followers.

m0NESY’s Debut and Past Comments

m0NESY will debut with Team Falcons at BLAST Rivals Spring 2025, which will occur in Copenhagen beginning on April 30.

At PGL Bucharest, m0NESY had an interview with Jonatan “Devilwalk” Lundberg and James Banks on the All About Counter-Strike YouTube channel.

He was asked about joining Team Falcons and said, “Yeah, I had multiple offers from teams and choices. I can’t say which ones, but I did have them. But when I looked at the other teams, there was only one team I wanted to join i.e. Falcons.

Just because, you know, when I looked at the others, I didn’t really have that much belief. I really wanted to play with NiKo. And yeah, I believe we can win a lot of tournaments and a lot of trophies together.”

Team Falcons roster now includes:

  • Emil ‘Magisk’ Reif
  • Nikola ‘NiKo’ Kovač
  • Damjan ‘kyxsan’ Stoilkovski
  • René ‘TeSeS’ Madsen
  • Ilya ‘m0NESY’ Osipov
  • Coach Danny ‘zonic’ Sørensen

The trade cost is reportedly somewhere between $2 million and $2.5 million, a record-breaking amount of money.

m0NESY was with G2 Esports for over two years, helping them win six Counter-Strike trophies during his time with the team.
