The deal was announced on May 4 across Red Bull Gaming’s social media channels as well as Caedrel’s Reddit page. The announcement featured a video alongside Lee ‘Faker’ Sany-hyeok and Formula 1 champion Max Verstappen.
Caedrel also received a package including Red Bull merchandise, such as a microphone, to use during his streams.
Red Bull Involved With League of Legends
Red Bull Gaming has plenty of experience with League of Legends. The brand has supported players and organizations competing in events and sponsored the LEC in 2019.
In 2024, League of Its Own was its most-watched event by the outfit.
Now, Red Bull Gaming is one of the more well-known esports outfits. In April 2025, the brand also signed Kyle “Mongraal” Jackson as a Fortnite player.
Mongraal became a Fortnite pro in 2013 and was excited to join Red Bull after competing with other teams in the past.
“Joining Red Bull is a dream come true,” said Mongraal. “Red Bull has always been about pushing limits, and that’s exactly what I want to continue doing in esports. I can’t wait to get stuck in and see where we go from here.”
