Wynn Al Marjan Island to Feature Wynn Oasis Staff Residential Campus in UAE

Wynn Resorts has unveiled plans for Wynn Oasis, a large residential community for its workforce at Wynn Al Marjan Island in the UAE. This significant development will serve as a self-sufficient village, providing housing, training facilities, and essential services for over 7,000 employees, or about 80% of the resort’s expected staff.

Covering more than 105,000 square meters, Wynn Oasis will be located near Marjan Island and Wynn Boulevard. Set to open in summer 2026, the community will enhance the living experience by also including guest accommodations for family members.

Wynn Oasis Amenities

Wynn Oasis is set to offer an extensive array of amenities designed for comfortable living. Each unit will include private bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, pantries, laundry facilities, high-speed internet, and personal safes.

Residents can expect terry towels, curated welcome facilities, dedicated workspaces, smart TVs, and hotel-grade linens, along with a weekly laundry service for bedding.

The Beach House, a dedicated guest building, will provide accommodation for family visits, complete with concierge services reflecting luxury hospitality standards. Additionally, transportation links will ensure quick access to Wynn Al Marjan Island in under 15 minutes, while weekend shuttles will connect residents to beaches, malls, and other city attractions. On-site retail will cater to everyday needs, including banking, tailoring, grooming, a medical clinic, and a pharmacy.

The Pearl: Fitness, Entertainment, and Dining

At the heart of Wynn Oasis will be The Pearl, a vibrant multi-use center that combines fitness, entertainment, wellness, and social spaces. Planned amenities include a state-of-the-art Technogym fitness center, indoor sports arenas, karaoke studios, two swimming pools, an esports gaming lounge, and a cinema.

Community areas like La Reve Plaza will host cultural events and outdoor cinema screenings, while Al Safa Garden will offer serene outdoor relaxation spaces. The landscape will feature shaded walkways, over 65,000 plants, more than 500 trees, and a professionally designed one-kilometer running track. Dining options will include six in-house venues, such as The Reef Buffet and Victory Sports Bar and Lounge, as well as four grab-and-go outlets.

Wynn University Training and Career Development

A significant element of Wynn Oasis is Wynn University, an on-site campus dedicated to employee training and professional advancement. This facility will feature culinary training kitchens, digital classrooms, and food and beverage laboratories. Company leaders emphasize that the university is crucial for fostering staff skills and enhancing career opportunities in the hospitality sector.
