On February 26, the tournament was revealed, and it'll feature countries from Eastern Europe, with a format that includes an open national qualifier, a closed qualifier, and a LAN finals.

StarLadder, a Ukrainian esports tournament organizer founded in 2011 and acquired by NODWIN Gaming last year for $5.5 million, has hosted its fair share of Tier 1 events, but now it's getting more into Counter-Strike Tier 2.
