Technical Specifications
The 12ft x 27ft LED towers use 6mm pixel pitch technology engineered by Trust Fall, with Vision Sign managing structural fabrication. The displays contrast with traditional elevated signage, positioned at eye level on country pedestrian bridge columns.
The system operates as a synchronized network, enabling identical content across all screens, creating what Spotlight calls “a unified, high-impact platform.” Each tower integrates wayfinding panels for property promotions and Clark County alerts alongside advertisements.
With weekly ad impressions of over one million per tower, the network aims its advertiser reach at Las Vegas’ average of 800,000 weekly visitors and the Strip’s 40+ million annual foot traffic.
Public Safety Features
The Vegas Strip Tower Network will do more than advertise with emergency alert systems, delivering real-time public safety updates to pedestrians and drivers, a functional upgrade from traditional commercial-only displays. Jack Braha of Gindi Capital (representing Showcase Mall) emphasized that the installations will add vibrancy and visibility of their location, offering visitors more reason to stick around.
As Clark County’s first collaborative digital communications infrastructure along Las Vegas Boulevard, the network enables coordinated messaging previously impossible with independent advertisement installations.
Revenue and Market Context
Spotlight Outdoor Ads will capitalize on its exclusive control of 28 marquee billboards and sidewalk-level displays. The Vegas Strip Tower Network holds a two-decade operation pact with Caesars Entertainment, Showcase Mall, and Clark County, each party relying on undisclosed revenue-sharing terms to fund infrastructure and maintenance.
The network debuts amid rising digital out-of-home (DOOH) adoption. China’s programmatic DOOH share is at 30% in 2025, marking a 6-point rise since 2023. Meanwhile, Adform’s June 2025 planner launch expanded inventory visualization to 15 markets, and Google’s technical mandates in May 2025 tightened programmatic standards, signaling rising interest.
