High Roller Technologies, a rapidly expanding online casino brand based in Las Vegas, is advancing its entry into the Canadian iGaming market with a focus on responsible gambling. The company has entered into a non-binding letter of intent with Kindbridge Behavioral Health, a provider of telehealth services for problem gambling and mental health.

High Roller plans to offer confidential education and support to self-excluding players, as well as access to no-cost treatment.

It awaits a license from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and finalizing an operating agreement with iGaming Ontario (iGO).

Kindbridge’s Role in Support

Kindbridge Behavioral Health collaborates with gaming operators across North America to implement early-intervention programs that support at-risk individuals. Notable partners include PrizePicks, DraftKings, and BetMGM. High Roller CEO Seth Young is a shareholder and former director of Kindbridge, underscoring the organizations’ close relationship.

Building strong, accessible pathways to support is an essential part of effective responsible gambling programs,” stated Kindgbridge Founder and CEO Daniel Umfleet. He emphasized that operators are uniquely positioned to support those facing challenges by connecting them to the resources they need.

High Roller CEO Seth Youth highlighted the initiative’s role in prioritizing player wellbeing, stating, “Partnering with Kindbridge reinforces our commitment to player wellbeing by ensuring that anyone who may be experiencing challenges with their gambling activity has access to meaningful, professional support.”

High Roller Future Plans and Expansion

High Roller Technologies applied for a license from the AGCO in May 2025 but has yet to receive approval. The company also plans to enter the Alberta iGaming market.

The company has partnered with several technology providers, including Playtech and Xpoint. Young hinted at a potential multi-brand strategy in Ontario and the possibility of adding online sports betting. On January 8, 2026, High Roller announced a partnership with Altenar for sports betting software, aligning with its expansion goals.

Expansion Plans in the US

High Roller has also announced its plans to launch prediction markets in the United States. In collaboration with Crypto.com, a leading contract market site, High Roller aims to provide “event-based prediction markets” regulated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). It will cover areas such as finance, sports, and entertainment. The company has forged partnerships with digital media and marketing firms and secured a $1 million investment from Saratoga Casino Holdings.
