More on the Partnership
With Red Bull and BLAST linking up for the Austin Major, viewers and fans will see Red Bull across digital and physical assets during broadcasts. Red Bull will also sponsor the Ace segment, which highlights when a team wins without losing any players.
Red Bull will also provide some content, including the “death-defying skydive” over Austin, TX.
“We’re excited to welcome Red Bull onboard for the Austin Major, injecting their energy and passion into a landmark esports event,” said Leo Matlock, Chief Business Officer at BLAST.
“Red Bull has long been a key player in esports, supporting multiple organizations over the years, and we can’t wait to see what they have in store for fans watching the Austin Major.”
Not only is Red Bull sponsoring the event, but it's also sponsoring two of the eight teams in the playoffs: FURIA and Team Spirit.
Team Spirit competed earlier this year at IEM Dallas 2025.
Red Bull also has an esports team, which recently signed Caedrel and Fortnite pro Mongraal.
Red Bulls' Presence in Esports
Red Bull continues to showcase it as a real player in the esports space with partnerships, tournaments, its team, and signings.
In June, Red Bull partnered with Tetris for a global tournament held in Dubai.
BLAST and Red Bull also linked up in November 2021 with the Red Bull Flick tournament, which was for another Counter-Strike title, Global Offensive.
