Key Takeaways

  • A1 Development LLC has blocked access from Tennessee to its brands
  • These brands are NoLimitCoins, Fortune Wheelz, Tao Fortune, FunzCity, Funrize, and Storm Rush
  • This comes after many other brands like Stake.us, High 5 Casino, RealPrize, Lucky Bits Vegas, LoneStar Casino, and more have left the state in some way

Tennessee has seen a mass exodus of sweepstakes brands, and A1 Development LLC is the latest to leave.

A1 Development LLC owns several sweepstakes platforms, including NoLimitCoins, Fortune Wheelz, Tao Fortune, FunzCity, Funrize, and Storm Rush. Three of those brands (NoLimitCoins, Fortune Wheelz, and Tao Fortune) changed their minimum age from 18 to 21 in October.

Now, all of these brands are blocking access in Tennessee, including Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins play.

This Is One Of Many Brands Leaving

In addition to A1 Development LLC’s brands, Virtual Gaming World is phasing out Sweeps Coins play out of the state. Virtual Gaming Worlds, also known as VGW, owns platforms like Chumba Casino, Global Poker, and LuckyLand Slots.

Their exit will conclude on Dec. 23.

Not only that, but other brands like Stake.us, High 5 Casino, RealPrize, Lucky Bits Vegas, and LoneStar Casino have begun their own exits.

Stake.us will leave by Dec. 19, including Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. As for RealPrize and LoneStar, Sweeps Coins will close down, but Gold Coins play will remain.

As for high 5, the new account registration ended on Nov. 17, and Sweeps Coins play ended a week later.

What’s Going on In Tennessee?

While 2025 has brought many sweepstakes casino bans, like those in New Jersey, Connecticut, Montana, and California, that’s not the case in Tennessee.

So why are all of these platforms leaving?

One theory is that there have been waves of cease-and-desists.

We also know this is hitting sweepstakes sportsbooks, too, as Legendz, Thrillzz, Sportzino, KicKr, and ReBet have left.
