As the name of this popular video poker game suggests, the aim of Aces and Faces is to hit as many aces and face cards as possible on the online video poker gaming screen. The game, which is fashioned like a combo of online slots and poker, is a fast-paced, highly colourful game that uses a standard deck of cards (52 cards, no jokers).
So what’s all the hype about? Why should you choose to play Aces and Faces videopoker or other variations of the game? There are two major elements that make this game different:
The rest of the hands are the same as with regular online poker games (like Deuces Wild and All American video poker). Following the face card four-of-a-kind is the regular digit four-of-a-kind, full house, flush, straight, three-of-a-kind, two pair, one pair (face cards and aces only). Single pairs of cards using regular non-face or non-ace cards are not considered winning hands at all.
See Video Poker Rules and History for more details on how to play video poker.)
As a special bonus, you’ll get the opportunity to go double or nothing after each winning turn. To play, you’ll opt into the special bonus round and then pick a card from the five face-down cards. If you pick a card higher than the dealer’s showing card, then you’ll double what you won during the last round. If your card is lower, though…then you’ll have to forfeit your last hand’s win! It’s a gamble that could help you win huge amounts of real money!
