Where are my comp points?
Your comp points have now been converted to Lounge Points. To view your new Lounge Point balance, log in to your casino.com account, and select the 'Lounge' tab of the cashier. Here you will be able to view your new Lounge level and current balance.
How are my comp points transferred to Lounge Points?
Your comp point balance has been converted into Lounge Points in a currency equivalent of USD dollars. For every $10 worth of comp points, you are awarded 8 Lounge Points.
Can I claim or use my old comp points?
No. All comp points have been converted into our new Lounge Points, you will be able to use your new Lounge Points in the Loyalty Lounge Shop.
What incentives are there to play at Casino.com?
We offer an exclusive loyalty programme which rewards our players the more they play. Maintain your Loyalty Lounge level for three months and you can claim extra points which can be exchanged for gifts or bonuses in our Lounge Shop.

How do I get my seat in the Loyalty Lounge?
It's simple. Real money players that deposit a minimum of $25 to your Casino.com account and have earned a minimum of 300 points since 1st April can enjoy the rewards of the Loyalty Lounge.
When will I be given my Lounge level?
Lounge levels will be determined on the previous month's play. New players will receive their rewards one month in arrears. For example, start playing on the 10th of the month and your Lounge level will be determined at the beginning of the next month.
When will my lounge level be updated?
The Lounge Levels are updated at the beginning of each month, usually by the 5th of the month at the latest.
Where can I see my current lounge level?
You can see your current Lounge Level through the Casino.com online casino software on your computer's desktop. Simply click the 'Lounge' tab in the cashier and select my profile. Here you will be able to view your current levels and your last six months history.
I have not played for a while where have my points gone?
Accounts that have been inactive for 6 months or more will have all unused Lounge points removed from their Casino.com account.
Do my Lounge points expire?
Any unredeemed points will expire after 24 months.
Bonuses
Which online casino bonus can I claim?
We have mid-week deposit bonuses and cash weekend bonuses, the amount of bonus depends on what Lounge level you have attained. Click here for more details.
Do I need to make a deposit to claim my casino bonus?
Correct. The mid-week deposit bonus requires you to make a deposit. Click here to see your minimum deposit amount.
No deposit is required for the Cash weekend bonus, this is a gift for your continual play. But players must have accumulated the required amount of Lounge Points during the previous month.
How do I claim by bonus?
Simply log into your casino account and your reload bonus or cash money will be there waiting for you.

Why is my online casino bonus not in my account?
In order to be eligible for the 'mid-week deposit bonus' and 'cash weekend bonuses' you must have accumulated the required points for your casino Loyalty Lounge level in previous month, to view the minimum Lounge Point requirements click here.

How do I boost my points?
You need to log into your Casino.com account and go to the cashier section. Here you will be able to select the 'Lounge' tab, select my profile. You will see a graph which contains the past seven month's performance. The next step requires you to select which months you want to use, once you have chosen, press the boost button.
After I have selected boost can I change my mind?
Once you have pressed the online casino boost button there is no going back, your selection is final.
Why can't I boost my points?
To claim your boosts you must have accumulated at least 300 points per month.
It's entirely up to you. However, please check the example below to see how you can benefit the most from your points boost.

Do I have to choose consecutive months?
No, you can choose any 3 months. They do not have to be consecutive months.
Why can I not boost my casino Loyalty Lounge points?
You must have accumulated at least 300 points per month to be able to boost your points.
Why can I only see one month boost?
You will only see as many monthly boosts as you have played. So for example, if you have only been playing for one month you will only be able to boost one month.
How can I view the next Lounge level?
Log into your online Casino account and go to the 'Lounge' tab of the cashier and select 'Points Forecast'. Here you will be able to view the next few Lounge level requirements and the possible rewards.
How can I use my points?
You can use the points you have accumulated in the loyalty programme in the Lounge shop. In the shop you can buy a wide selection of luxury gifts or you can even exchange your points for cash bonuses.

Where do I go to access the shop?
Simply click here or log into your casino.com online casino account select 'Lounge' tab and you will see a section called 'Loyalty Shop'. Click there and the Casino.com shop will open so you can browse all items on offer at your leisure.
Can I purchase / receive delivery of shop items from my country?
We currently deliver to Australia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Senegal, Serbia and Montenegro, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine and UK.However players from countries not listed still have access to the shop to purchase cash bonuses.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It can take up to 28 days for the order to arrive. Bonuses are credited within 2 business days.
Can I view or amend the delivery address details registered in the Lounge shop?
If you wish to have your order sent to a different address than registered with us please contact us immediately after placing the order.
What delivery company is used to send my ordered items?
We use a range of companies including Royal Mail, DPD, Impulse, Parcel Force, UPS and Belgium Parcel Service. The shipping method will depend on the value/weight of the order as well as the destination.
Will I have to sign for the order when my parcel arrives, or can anyone sign for the order?
You may have to sign for an order if we require a courier to deliver the item. However, if you are not home another person from the same household may sign on your behalf. This will be for higher value/high weight items we cannot post. In the event that you are not at home on delivery, a card will be left or the courier will re-attempt delivery. This will only occur on a registered postal service.
Do I have to pay for the postage of my parcel or import /customs tax?
The price of shipping will be incorporated in the final cost (in points) of the order. A Player should never be charged customs or duty charges, as the relevant paperwork is provided with the order by our fulfilment company.
Who can use the shop?
All players can use the shop, as long as you have made a deposit of $25 into your casino.com account and have earned at least 300 points since the 1 April 2009. You can then enjoy all the benefits of the Loyalty Lounge.
Why can't I use the shop?
In order to be able to use the shop facility for the first time players must have deposited at least $25 and have played at least 300 points since the 1 April 2009.
How can I see how many points I need for each Item?
You can view the required casino Loyalty Lounge points by logging in to the shop with your username and password.
Where can I view my current point's status?
You can view this by accessing your Casino.com account and clicking the 'Lounge' tab. Select my profile, and here you will be able to see your points balance.
Will you be offering different products in the loyalty shop in the future?
The shop will be constantly updated with the latest items. If you have any suggestions for products you would like to be added to the shop please let us know.
Is it possible to cancel an order when the order has been placed?
If the order has not been dispatched we will endeavour to cancel the order and return your points but this cannot be guaranteed.
