At Casino.com every effort is made to process your withdrawal request as quickly as and efficiently as possible.
Our policy is in place to protect players against online fraud and therefore requires that Casino.com members may be required to verify their identity before a cash withdrawal is made.
Our standard documents:
(a) Photographic ID
We accept copies of your passport, drivers’ license or national ID card. Signature, name and photograph should be suitably visible.
(b) Credit Cards
A copy of the front and back of the credit card used to fund your account is required. You are free to blank out the middle eight numbers and the 3 digit security code on the back of the card. Please be aware that should you use multiple cards to fund your account, you may be asked to supply copies for these additional cards.
(c) Proof of address
We may also need to verify your address. This can be done using either a credit card bill or bank statement.
Please note that additional documentation may be required under certain circumstances.
We only need you to send your ID once. Your account will be updated as soon as your documents are received and processed (up to 24 hours). You can then make withdrawals from your casino.com account.
Please note that occasionally we may need to ask at your sole cost for additional documentation such as confirmation of deposits, a bank reference or notarised ID.

Are there any minimum or maximum withdrawal amounts?
The maximum limits are:
Superior Suite, Red Carpet Room and Millionaire Club levels can withdraw over $30,000 (or currency equivalent) per month.
Player, Lobby, Prestige Parlour, Champagne Bar, Honour Chamber and Elite Lounge are capped at withdrawals of up to $30,000 (or currency equivalent) per month.
The minimum limits are:
- NETeller, Moneybookers & Webmoney = $10
- Bank Transfer = $50 (exception GBP = 20)
- Bank Draft = $50
- All other withdrawal methods = $20
How long will it take to process my withdrawal request?
Processing times only come into effect once we have received and verified your required documentation.
- You can only withdraw using previous depositing methods
- Once requested there will be a pending time depending on your Loyalty Lounge Level during which time you can cancel the withdrawal and continue playing if you wish.
How long until I receive my money?
In addition to the processing time taken for your withdrawal request, dependent on your Loyalty Lounge Level, there is additional time dependent on your selected method (indicated in the table below).
